Proclamation <br />Whereas, the Lake Elmo Jaycees has been a vital part of <br />the development of young leaders for our community for the <br />past 25 years; and <br />Whereas, the Lake Elmo Jaycees has contributed to the <br />betterment of this community through its involvement in such <br />programs as Adopt -A -Highway, Huff-n-Puff, Park Improvements, <br />and <br />Whereas, the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce <br />and its affiliated State and Local organizations have set aside <br />the third week in January to observe the founding of the <br />organization in 1920. <br />Therefore, I, Wyn John, Mayor of the City of Lake Elmo <br />Proclaim the week of January 15 through January 21,1995, as <br />Jaycee Week and urge all citizens of our community to give full <br />regard to the past and continuing service of the Jaycees of Lake <br />Elmo. <br />Dated this Third day of January, in the Year of our Lord, <br />Nineteen Hundred Ninety -Five <br />U-Wyfi�John Mayor <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />
