LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES FEBRUARY 6, 1996 11 <br />Tri-Lakes Sign <br />Administrator Kueffner explained the City's ordinance prohibits the location of the Tri-Lakes sign in the right-of- <br />way by the Revoir property. Mr. Revoir said he wants the sign down now and suggested the Tri-Lakes Assoc. <br />can cut the sign down and he will pull the stakes up and resod in the Spring. Kueffner recommended that the City <br />give the Tri-Lakes Assoc. 10 days to take the sign down or we will have the City's maintenance crew take it down. <br />Mayor John will contact Joe Kiesling, President of the Tri-Lakes Assoc. <br />M/S/P Johnston/Hunt - to accept the City Administrator's recommendation and implement, if after such time as <br />the Mayor has made contact with the President of the Tri-Lakes Assoc. to have the sign removed no later than <br />February 10, 1996. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />M/S/P Hunt/John - to adjourn the council meeting at 12:15.
