Members, Hunt and DeLapp, remembered the statement made at a meeting that one lane on Lake Jane was to be open at all times for traffic to get through and this has not been done. M/S/P John/Hunt - to instruct TKDA to have an inspector out on the Olson Lake Estates Outlet Project to insure the City's interest of the integrity of Lake Jane Trail and this will be a pass -through cost to the VBWD. (Motion passed 5-0). 5. CONSENT AGENDA A. Recommendation from Planning Commission on Armstrong request for CUP Amendment Tom and Jodi Armstrong have asked that this item be tabled until the May 21, 1996 meeting as they have an extensive tree planting schedule to meet. M/S/P Johnston/Hunt - at the request of the property owners, Council action on the Armstrong request for a Conditional Use Permit amendment tabled until the May 21, 1996 meeting. (Motion passed 5-0). B. Response from City Council following its on -site visit to the ArmstronglTorre Pines property regarding Armstrong's request for a fence along the common lot line. Tom and Jodi Armstrong have asked that this item be tabled until the May 21, 1996 meeting as they have an extensive tree planting schedule to meet. M/S/P Johnston/Hunt - at the request of the property owners, Council action on the Armstrong request for a fence along their common lot line with Torre Pines be postponed until the May 21, 1996 meeting. (Motion passed 5-0). C. On Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License for Cimarron Pro -Shop The Pro -Shop, Cimarron Golf Course, has applied for renewal of their Non -intoxicating malt liquor "on - sale" license. A certificate of insurance has been submitted and the fee has been paid. M/S/P Johnston/Hunt - to grant an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License to the Pro Shop of the Cimarron Golf Course contingent upon approval by the Washington County Sheriff's Department. (Motion passed 5-0). 6. CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT A. CSAH 13 Reconstruction (Amendment to City's Cost) Washington County has received bids on the County Road 13 Reconstruction project. There was an increase of over $900 for the City's portion of the project. Our agreement with the County requires City approval of that increase. M/S/P Hunt/Conlin - to approve the City's portion of the costs for County Road 13 reconstruction project from $36,102 to $37,043 based on the bids received by Washington County. (Motion passed 5-0).
