The interior elements have been
identified. All runoff directed eastward. The storage yard has been reduced to be
incorporated into the entrance. Visually, what does the Community group want. The
Community group needs to add their perspective relative to the design and landscaping
of the building.
Steve DeLapp added that the Committee needs to add their ideas.
Jim Blackford liked the general site plan with the drainage areas and the work areas
behind h building.
Bruce Dunn: Cheap building with lots of landscaping. Nice building with less
landscaping.
Jim Blackford: leave the drainage area alone.
Marilyn Benesch:A little bit of both landscaping and building.
SITE DESIGN:
Marilyn Benesch:Storage yard closer to building is more efficient.
Landscape around building. The entrance road has an S curve for site lines.
Steve DeLapp: Natural prairie or corn. Mixture of vegetation. The Committee liked a
mixture of trees and shrubs, ornamental in front.
Jim Blackford: Apple trees, flowering crabs.
