LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION WORKSHOP <br />FEBRUARY 22,1999 <br />Vice -Mayor Dunn opened up the workshop on the Public Facility Ordinance at 5:30 p.m. <br />in the City Council chambers. PRESENT: City Council: DeLapp, Dunn, Siedow. <br />ABSENT: Armstrong, Hunt. Planning Commission: Brass, Helwig, Herber, Lipman, <br />Mandell, Sedro (arrived 6:05 p.m.), Sessing. <br />The Council and Commission received a copy of the DRAFT PF Ordinance incorporating <br />the changes made at the February 9th Council/Planning Commission Workshop. <br />Compost Facility <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to delete c. Compost Facilities until a recommendation comes <br />back after a review by the Environmental Commission and the City Administrator and <br />Planner. (Motion passed 3-0). <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow — to pass on the Public Facilities Ordinance to the Planning <br />Commission for a public hearing. Planner Dillerud reported the earliest public hearing <br />could beheld on March ,22, 1999. (Motion passed 3-0). Councilor DeLappvoted for the <br />motion, but noted the ordinance was loose in residential area and above and beyond the <br />requirements in the business district. <br />The Workshop was adjourned at 6:08 p.m. <br />
