Stillwater Investment (Continuation of Comp Plan Amendment Request) <br />The City will receive another written request from Stillwater Investment for an extension <br />of a decision on its request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment. This request will be <br />until further notice. <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp - to grant the request of Stillwater Investment for an indefinite <br />postponement of its request for a Comprehensive Plan amendment. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />G. Ordinance extending the PF Moratorium <br />As directed by the Council at the November 30, 1999 workshop, the City Attorney has <br />prepared an ordinance extending the PF moratorium until April 11, 2000. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp — to adopt Ordinance No. 9752 extending the Public Facilities <br />Moratorium until April 11, 2000. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp — to adopt the summary of Ordinance No. 9752 for publication <br />in our legal newspaper. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />9. CITYATTORNEY'S REPORT: None <br />10.
