Motion <br />withdrawn. <br />Councilmember Fliflet, seconded by Councilmember Lundgren, moved TO ADOPT <br />ORDINANCE 08-188 APPROVING A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW <br />COMMERCIAL BOARDING FACILITYAS A CONDITIONAL ACCESSORY USE <br />WITHIN THE AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT. Motion failed 2 —3. Motion passed 3 — 2.
