Motion passed 4 —0. <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Mayor Pearson, moved TO ADOPT RESOLUTION <br />2018-055AUTHORIZINGSUMMARYPUBLICATIONOFORDINANCE 08-210. Motion <br />passed 4 — 0. <br />ITEM 24: Easton Village 4111 Addition Final Plat <br />Planning Director Becker reviewed the proposed final plat for Easton Village 0 Addition and <br />the recommended conditions of approval. <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember Lundgren, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOLUTION 2018-056 APPROVING THE EASTON VILLAGE 4TH ADDITION FINAL <br />PLAT WITH10 CONDITIONS OFAPPROVAL. Motion passed 4-0. <br />ITEM 25: Easton Village 40' Addition Development Agreement <br />Planning Director Becker provided a brief overview of the proposed Development Agreement <br />for Easton Village 4�h Addition. <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember Lundgren, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOLUTION 2018-057 APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />EASTON VILLAGE 41 ADDITION FINAL PLAT. Motion passed 4 —0. <br />Mayor Pearson: Attended Hagberg's grand re -opening. <br />Councilmember Nelson: Attended Hagberg's grand re -opening and announced grand opening <br />of the Sally Manzara Nature Center on June 2"t from 10:00 a.m, to 2:00 p.m. <br />Councilmember Lundgren: Attended the Fire Relief meeting. <br />Councilmember Bloyer: No report <br />STAFF REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Administrator Handt: Beginning work on the 2019 budget, meeting with stage agencies <br />regarding water issues and noted that Brian Swanson would be leaving employment with the <br />City's Finance Department soon. <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />
