Approve Updated Permit Technician Job Description, Transfer of Deputy City Cleric to <br />Permit Tech., and Authorize Advertising for Deputy City Clerk <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />CONSENTA GENDA AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 5 - 0. <br />ITEM 12: Easton Village 5t1' Addition — Final Plat and Easement Vacation <br />Planning Director Roberts presented the Final Plat for Easton Village 5`h Addition and reviewed <br />the proposed conditions of approval. <br />Councilmember McGinn, seconded by Councilmember Bloyer, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOLUTION 2019-034 APPROVING THE EASTON VILLAGE 5TH ADDITION FINAL <br />PLAT WITHRECOMMENDED CONDITIONS OFAPPROVAL. Motion passed 5-0. <br />Councilmember McGinn, seconded by Councilmember Bloyer, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOLUTION2019-035 APPROVING THE VACATION OF THREE EASEMENTS. <br />Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />ITEM 13: Easton Village 51" Addition Development Agreement <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember Nelson, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOL UTION 2 019- 03 6 APPR 0 VING THE EASTON VILLAGE 5THADDITION <br />DEVELOPMENTAGREEMENT. Motion passed 5-0. <br />ITEM 14: Update on Expedited Water Projects — State-3M Settlement Funds <br />City Administrator Handt provided an update on properties identified for connection to city <br />water through potential grant funds. <br />Councilmember Bloyer: Urged residents to contact City staff for information rather than relying <br />on social media. <br />Councilmember McGinn: Commended Royal Golf Club's successful hosting of the collegiate <br />women's tournament. <br />STAFF REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Administrator Handt: Thanked staff for assistance with the Arbor Day tree giveaway. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
