Motion passed 5 - 0. <br />ITEM 14: 2018 Audit Presentation <br />Andy Hering, CPA at Redpath & Co., presented the 2018 Audit Report with the highest rating <br />possible, an "unmodified" opinion. <br />ITEM 15: Variance Request - 9447 Stillwater Blvd. <br />City Planner Prehal presented the request for two variances for setback and building height to <br />allow construction of an accessory structure. Applicant Todd Alguire explained that the <br />accessory structure was designed to mimic the house design which caused the structure to be <br />taller than allowed. <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember Dorschner, MOVED TO APPROVE <br />THE REQUEST FROM TODD ALGUIRE FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE FOLLOWING <br />STANDARD(S): PLACEMENT OFANACCESSORYSTRUCTURE IN FRONT YARD, <br />CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTYLINE THAN THE PRINCIPLE STRUCTURE, <br />SUBJECT TO RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS OFAPPROVAL. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember Nelson, moved TO DENY THE <br />REQUEST FROM TODD ALGUIRE FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE FOLLOWING <br />STANDARD(S): HEIGHT OF THE REQUESTED ACCESSORYBUILDING BEING <br />MORE THAN22 FT. INHEIGHT.
