NOTICE OF HEARING 50th STREET AND KIMBRO AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENTS Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Lake Elmo will meet in the council chambers of the city hall at or approximately after 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 18,
2011, to consider the making of the following improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111; The improvement of the city streets including 50th Street from Lake Elmo
Avenue (CSAH 17) to Kimbro Avenue and Kimbro Avenue from 50th Street to 47th Street will consist of shaping the existing gravel surface, adding aggregate base as necessary, and providing a new bituminous surface in the current approximate location and grade.
The area proposed to be assessed for these improvements include properties abutting the
above referenced streets or properties that gain access to their property from the above referenced streets. The estimated total cost of the street improvements is $281,000, as approved by the Lake Elmo City Council. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment to each property will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be
heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
