CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2010-068A RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2011 FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, County of Washington, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 2011, upon the taxable property in the City of Lake Elmo for the following purposes:
General Fund Levy $ 2,409,867 2010 MVHC Unallotment Recovery $ 37,518 2011 MVHC Unallotment Recovery $ 37,518 2004 G.O Capital Improvement Plan Bond $ 140,000
2006 G.O Equipment Certificate of Indebtedness $ 56,118 2009BG.O. Improvement Improvement Bonds $ 50,544 2010AG.O. Improvement Improvement Bonds $ 57,994
Total Levy $ 2,789,559
ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 7th day of December, 2010.
