WASHINGTON COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2013-16 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE STANDARD FORM OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota has prepared a standard form of development agreement to be used by development applicants’ in cases where public infrastructure improvements are needed to serve the development, and
WHEREAS, the Standard form of Development Agreement contains provisions regarding the
agreement terms, conditions, development rights, time of performance, responsibility for costs, security requirements, forms of security, ownership transfer of public improvements, and other special provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,
That the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo shall adopt the Standard Form of Development Agreement to specify the content and provisions to be contained within individual development agreements.
ADOPTED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL ON THE FIFTH DAY OF MARCH
