PETITION FOR LOCAL EAPROVEMENTS

To the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo,Minnesota: .
We the undersigned,being the owners of real property abutting,accessing or otherwise receiving
a special benefit from the requested improvements hereby petition the City for the extension of
watermain and sanitary sewer utilities,including a sanitary lift station and forcemain,to.serve the
properties in the south half of Section 34, Township 29 North,.Range 21 West in the City of
Lake Elmo,pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and that the City assess the entire cost
of the improvement against the properties described below and hereby agree to pay the entire
cost as apportioned by the City upon review and approval by the undersigned of the final cost to
be assessed.
