electronically access court records and court documents in Washington County adult criminal
cases scheduled on the first appearance,bail hearing, and arraignment calendars:
1. Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data Services for Governmental
Agencies;
2. Master Subscriber Agreement Amendment for"Past Access"; and
3. Sample Resolutions approving the agreements as we are required to provide proof of
authority to the State Court Administrator's Office.
I kindly request that you sign these documents and return the executed copies to my office in the
self-addressed stamped envelope.
