CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 08-084 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL FEES The Lake Elmo City Council hereby adopts the following fee schedule amendment and
directs that it be added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code as Appendix A.
• Removal of $70 Tree Contract License Fee from fee schedule
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the Lake Elmo City Council on the second day of July, 2013 by a vote of ___ Ayes and ___ Nays.
