This Document will become a supplement to the Contract and all provisions will apply hereto.The Contract Documents are
modified as follows upon execution of this Change Order.
CHANGE ORDER DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION:
The City requested the Contractor to add hydrant extensions to select hydrants along the corridor.The extensions raise the
hydrant making it more accessible for the public works and fire department to access in winter conditions.Additional ditch
grading work was also requested by the City in various locations in order to improve the drainage system and provide additional
erosion prevention measures not originally included in the plan.
