COUNTY OF WASHINGTON STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 08-092 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32.081 OF THE LAKE ELMO CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES GOVERNING CITY ORGANIZATIONS
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Section 32.081 is hereby amended to read as follows: The Parks Commission is established to review and make recommendations to the Council on
the future development of city parks, including the establishment of and improvements to the
parks, and to make recommendations to the Council on policies governing the maintenance and public use of the parks within the city. SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption
and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo.
SECTION 3. Adoption Date. This Ordinance 08-092 was adopted on this fifteenth day of October 2013, by a vote of _________ Ayes and ________ Nays.
