This Document will become a supplement to the Contract and all provisions will apply hereto.The Contract Documents are
modified as follows upon execution of this Change Order.
CHANGE ORDER DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION:
This change order extends the contract times for project completion by 35 days;revising the Substantial Completion date
from October 25,2013 to November 29,2013,and the Final Completion date from November 8,2013 to December 13,2013.
This time extension is being granted to account for all job to date delays the Contractor has experienced on the project that
were beyond the control of the Contractor;including a delay in the project start date due to the receipt of the approved
project permits,and unforeseen drilling conditions.
