LEGISLATIVE HISTORY/BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Contractor, Redstone Construction, requested an extension of the Substantial Completion date due to early frost conditions in December, 2013. The Final Completion date of May 30, 2014 remains unchanged.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending that the City Council consider approving, as part of the Consent Agenda, Change Order No. 2 for the Section 34 Water & Sewer Utility Extension Improvements, thereby
