modified as follows upon execution of this Change Order.
CHANGE ORDER DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION:
This change order extends the contract times for Substantial Completion date by 56 days(from December 20,2013 to February 14,2014). This
extension request is early frost conditions in December and a delay in the lift station start-up based on the delivery date of the chemical feed
system. The Final Completion Date of June 1,2014 remains unchanged.
