modified as follows upon execution of this Change Order.
CHANGE ORDER DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION:
This change order extends the contract times for the Substantial Completion date by 14 calendar days beginning with the first day of spring
2014 mobilization. Spring mobilization must occur no later than May 5,2014. This extension request is due to early frost conditions in
December. The Final Completion Date of May 30,2014 remains unchanged.
