Quote includes all materials, hauling and delivery.Tax is not included. If accepted, payment terms are as follows: 50% down
upon start of work,25% at 3/4 completion & balance of the contract price due at completion.This proposal is good for the next
30 days after date on quote. This quote is an estimate of the total cost of the project barring any unforeseen problems. We do
our very best to stay within the project’s budget. If we anticipate any changes over 10% of the proposed quote because of
unexpected changes or problems in the site, we will discuss those changes with you before proceeding. We will prepare our
discussion in writing for you.
