SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED: As part of its Consent Agenda, the City Council is asked to accept the monthly assessor report for through April 2014 outlining work performed on behalf
of the City of Lake Elmo. No specific motion is needed as this is recommended as part of the Consent
Agenda. LEGISLATIVE HISTORY/BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Property splits/plats – 0 Sales collected and viewed – 9 Taxpayer and other inquiries – 38 Inspections - 16 Building permit reviews – 13
Pictures taken – 11 Other work performed included:
• Monthly meeting with County residential and commercial supervisors
• LBAE meeting
• 35 value maintenance changes related to 2014 assessment

• Printed quintile field cards for 2015 assessment which included properties in sections 4,5,6,7,8 and 9. RECOMMENDATION: Based on the aforementioned, the staff recommends the City Council accept the April 2014 monthly assessor report.
