NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT VILLAGE EAST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Lake Elmo will meet in the council chambers of the city hall at or approximately after 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 19,
2014, to consider the making of the following improvements, pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111; The improvements will consist of the extension of municipal sanitary sewer service along the property line of PID 13.029.21.12.0001 and PID 13.029.21.24.001 between Trunk Highway 5 and the Union Pacific Railroad
Tracks.
The area proposed to be assessed for these improvements include the two properties referenced above along with PID 13.029.21.14.0002. The estimated total cost of the sanitary sewer improvements is $412,600. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desiring to be heard with
reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting. DATED: August 7, 2014
