modified as follows upon execution of this Change Order.
CHANGE ORDER DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION:
This change order is being processed at the request of the City to change the location of an individual water service stub creating the need for
the contractor to dig and restore an extra pit not included in the contract.The location of the service stub was changed from the plan to
better accommodate the property owner's future connection to City water.In addition a hydrant that was ordered and delivered to the site
per plan but was returned at the request of the City.This was required to install a hydrant which better fit the existing rural ditch conditions.
