CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA ORDINANCE NO. 08-114 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL FEES The Lake Elmo City Council hereby adopts the following fee schedule amendment and
directs that it be added to the Lake Elmo Municipal Code as Appendix A. Joint Trench Permit fee = $100 per lot per utility $275.00 + $0.60/ft
ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the Lake Elmo City Council on the ___ day of _____________, 2014.
