CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2014-65 A RESOLUTION SETTING THE TRUTH IN TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE 2015 BUDGET AND TAX LEVY WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to set a single meeting for discussion and
final approval of the 2015 budget and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, the City will publish the date, time and location for the public meeting; and
WHEREAS, the public will be given the opportunity to speak.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elmo has set December 2, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. as the public meeting date for the final adoption of the 2015
budget and tax levy.
