HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 11 - City PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE for Redevelopment PlanNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota (the “City”), will hold a public hearing on November, 18, 2014, at approximately 7:00
P.M. at the City Hall, 3800 Laverne Avenue North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota, relating to the
proposed adoption of a Redevelopment Plan (the “Redevelopment Plan”) for, and establishment of, the Downtown Redevelopment Project, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 469.001 to 469.047, as amended. The boundaries of the proposed Redevelopment Project are shown in the adjacent map.
The purpose of this proposed action is to facilitate redevelopment of the City’s downtown area, in cooperation with the Economic Development Authority of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota. A draft copy of the Redevelopment Plan will be available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall during regular business hours until the public hearing.
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or prior to the meeting in writing. BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
