CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2014-79 RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF THE DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND A REDEVELOPMENT PLAN THEREFOR PROPOSED BY THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows:
Public Hearing. This Council shall meet on November 18th, 2014, at approximately 7:00
p.m., to hold a public hearing on the proposed adoption of a Redevelopment Plan (the “Redevelopment Plan”) for, and establishment of, the Downtown Redevelopment Project, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 469.001 to 469.047, as amended.
1. Notice of Hearing; Filing of Program and Plan. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause a notice of the hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A,
to be published as required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003, Subdivision 2, and to place a
copy of the proposed Redevelopment Plan on file in the City Clerk’s Office at Lake Elmo City Hall and to make such copies available for inspection by the public.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, this seventh day of October, 2014.
