Dear Adam:
Below, are the terms of our fees from our original agreement when appointed in 2009:
• City Council Meeting Attendance: $150.00 per meeting (flat rate)
• General Legal Services: $130.00 per hour (no phone call billings, staff and council)
• Copying: $.20 per page
• Faxes from Client: $0 per page
• Faxes to Client: $.50 per page
• Paralegal Services: $100.00 per hour
• Law Clerk-Research: $80.00 per hour
• Criminal Prosecution: $4,250.00 per month (flat rate)
When we were reappointed in January 2012, the rates were as follows:
• City Council Meeting Attendance: $130.00 per meeting (flat rate)
• General Legal Services: $130.00 per hour (no phone call billings; staff and council)
• Copying: No charge
• Faxes from Client: No charge
• Faxes to Client: No charge
• Paralegal Services: $75.00 per hour
• Criminal Prosecution: $4,250.00 per month (flat rate)
