This was observed by looking at the Washington County aerial mapping. The homeowners were clearly surprised, due to the fact that the pool was installed nine years ago and all permits were taken out and approved by the City. Pat McGrath , Coldwell Banker Realtor, brought this to the attention of the City of Lake Elmo where we were told to commission a survey to verify the exact situation. After a survey was completed, it was evident that the pool encroached on the park property. In order to correct the situation, an additional survey drawing and legal description was created to include the pool area and necessary setbacks to meet code. This new legal description can be used for a lot line adjustment of 6314 sq ft or.149 acres. Dean Zuleger and Mary and David Blinkoff negotiated a purchase price of$3,000 for the property. We are respectfully requesting the City of Lake Elmo to approve the transfer of this property and the lot line adjustment.
