ORDINANCE NO. 08-116
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO ZONING CODE BY AMENDING THE PERMITTED,
CONDITION AND INTERIM USES IN THE COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS BY MAKING LIQUOR
STORES A PERMITTED USE WITHIN THE CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL (CC) ZONING DISTRICT
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby amends Title XV: Land Usage; Chapter 154: Zoning Code; Section 551 to read the following:
§ 154.551 Permitted, Conditional and Interim Uses
Table 12-1 lists all permitted and conditional uses allowed in the commercial districts. “P”
indicates a permitted use, “C” a conditional use and “I” an interim use. Uses not so indicated
shall be considered prohibited. Cross-references listed in the table under “Standards”
indicate the location within this chapter of specific development standards that apply to the
listed use.

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo.
SECTION 3. Adoption Date. This Ordinance 08-116 was adopted on this third day of March
2015, by a vote of ___ Ayes and ___ Nays.
