This Bill of Sale is made on the date of final signature between the City of Lake Elmo (Seller) and
Washington County (Buyer).
Seller hereby sells and transfers to the Buyer the 24’ x 54’ double wide mobile office located at 3800
Laverne Avenue North, Lake Elmo, MN 55042. For consideration of the personal property the Buyer will:
• Remove the structure off Seller’s property. Buyer will pay all costs associated with moving the structure.
• Remove and/or disconnect services and utilities to the structure, including power, sewer, water, and communication. Buyer will pay all costs associated with removal and/or disconnection of services and
utilities.
• Provide top soil, grade top soil, and seed the structure pad site.
The Seller warrants to Buyer it has good and marketable title to said property, full authority to
sell and transfer said property, and that said property is sold free of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities
and adverse claims of every nature and description whatsoever.
