Council Direction summary following 2014 review
Based on the data that Mr. Reeves compiled from the LMC, the average was $123K; the mean
was $120K. It was recommended that Mr. Zuleger be paid at a minimum the average of $123K, plus $2,000 for 2014 merit, totaling $125K and resulting in a recommended $15,000 increase. This was in part based on the base salary presumption being $110K. However, the base salary is actually $113K.
Of note, Administrator Zuleger was not included in the staff compensation increases for 2015. Were he to have received the 2.5% adjustment, that would have been $2,825, bringing him up to $115,825.
