SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
Hammes Estates final plat was approved by the city council on Oct 7th 2014. Eleanor Hammes is
requesting a two year extension to record the plat. The concerns which precluded the plat from being
recorded have been mitigated and they are ready to put the property on the market to sell.
RECOMMENDATION:
“Move to extend the final plat approval and development contract for two years
till Oct 7th 2016.
