Mayor Facilitates POLICY RECCOMENDER: As part of the Consent Agenda, the City Council is asked to accept the monthly Department of Building Safety summary report. No specific motion is needed, as this is recommended to be part of the overall approval of the Consent Agenda. FISCAL IMPACT: Minimal staff time in preparing report. SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED: The purpose of this report is to provide additional data points related to construction activity in Lake Elmo.
