CITY OF LAKE ELMO
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2016-29 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE OAKDALE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT LAWFUL GAMBLING AT THE MACHINE SHED RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 8515 HUDSON ROAD, LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Oakdale Athletic Association is submitting an application to the Minnesota Gambling Control Board for approval of a Premises Permit application to conduct lawful charitable gambling at the Machine Shed Restaurant at 8515 Hudson Road, Lake Elmo, MN; and
WHEREAS, the gambling premises is located within the City limits of Lake Elmo, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Oakdale Athletic Association is a lawful gambling organization within
the City; and
WHEREAS, the Oakdale Athletic Association will be responsible for operating and managing the lawful gambling activity at the Machine Shed Restaurant site and will comply with all applicable requirements of city code and state statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota that the City Council does hereby approve the issuance of a Premises Permit to the Oakdale Athletic Association to conduct lawful charitable gambling activities at the Machine
Shed Restaurant, 8515 Hudson Boulevard, Lake Elmo, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota this 19th day of April, 2016.
