CHANGE ORDER DESCRIPTION / JUSTIFICATION:
This change order is being processed to amend the Contract for the installation of draintile, cleanouts, concrete headwalls, and connection of
the draintile to the existing storm sewer at the following locations:
1) On each side of Jasmine Ave North (Station 51+40 to 53+40).
2) Around the outer edge and inner landscape area of the 9th Street N cul de sac.
3) The north side of Jasime Ave North located (Station 44+40 to 46+00).
