AGENDA ITEM: Approve 2017 Meeting Calendar

BACKGROUND: Adopting a meeting calendar serves as the official notice for the year of all upcoming meetings; thereby, satisfying legal requirements and increasing transparency to the general public. If approved, the meeting calendar will be posted at City Hall and on the City’s website.
PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: As part of its Consent Agenda, the City Council is respectfully requested to approve the proposed 2017 City Meeting Calendar or amend as necessary. If removed from the Consent Agenda, the recommended motion is as follows:
“Move to approve the proposed 2017 Meeting Calendar.” FISCAL IMPACT: None ATTACHMENTS: 2017 Meeting Calendar
