ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL:
City Council is asked to review and accept, as part of Consent Agenda, a brief description of activities
that have taken place in the Public Works Department in the month of September 2017.
PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS:
• Wellhead Protection Plan Mtg w/FOCUS Eng. and Mn Rural Water Assc.
• Northport Development Precon.
• Meet w/ Bolton Menk on Royal Golf Lift Station Generators
• Coordinate repairs to Sunfish Park Entrance gate w/Twin Cities Garage Door
• Salt spreader calibration w/Force America Hydraulics
• Substantial and Pre-wear walk through at Hammes Development
• 1 year warranty walk through on Inwood Ave Watermain and 2016 Street Project
• Inwood Ave Water Tower progress meeting
• Royal Golf Pre-con mtg.
• Sentence to Serve clean-up at Fire Station #2
• Repairs to walking trail in Farms of Lake Elmo
• Street Striping by AAA Striping
• Paving and shouldering of 43rd St, Kimbro Ave, and 31st St.
• Rain Garden cleaning
• Street Patching – 17tons (15th St. N)
• Road shouldering
• Update 2017-2018 snow plow routes and maps
•
RECOMMENDATION:
Base on the activities listed above, City Council is respectfully asked to accept the September 2017
Public Works Report.
