Kristina-
I've taken a deeper look at the numbers with Joe and I've broken things down even further for
you. Attached you'll find the breakdown of what was included in the "Re-grade" category
previously. I'm also including a breakdown of cost that could be avoided or adjusted if you
were to leave the field where it is and renovate the existing Concessions and Restroom
building. This work is an alternate option as drawn up in P-106 (also attached.) Feel free to
give me a call if you have any further questions on this information.
Also, here is a link to one of the batting cage options. I've adjusted our number to reflect this
model, which is a double cage version. However, you could incorporate one cage for 1/2 the
cost.

I want to ensure you that we're working to continue to make this project a reality for you. I
hope we've clarified any questions for you and am willing to discuss any ideas with you.
Thanks for your patience as we work to create a park that everybody in Lake Elmo can be
proud of. If you were to pursue P-106, leaving the field essentially where it is and realigning
it with the street(as shown)we're able to gain a 250' fence all around. Additionally, you
could maintain a narrative with the 45th Parallel, stating that the 45th Parallel, much like it is
halfway between the equator and the north pole, is halfway between home plate and the
pitchers mound! I think that would be an acceptable narrative to continue with the
community.
Thanks,
Brady
