PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS: •Meet with contractors regarding Discovery Crossing Retaining Wall/Bridge •Inwood 5th Pre-Con •Easton Village 2nd Pre-con •Wildflower Pre-Wear Walk thru •Seal coat project •Hammes 2nd Pre-con •Drainage issue at 1570 Ivory Ave. N •Bids on water meter replacement •Lead and Copper Water Samples •5 Staff members to Sewer class/line tracer training •Met with contractors for generator maint. •Correct drainage at Lions Park infield •STS spread wood chips at Carriage Station Park and Pebble Park •Tim Strong and Matt Paulson began as FT Employees •Pothole Patching o 32.5 tons (Sunfish Hamlet, Fields 1, Tri-Lakes North) •Took delivery of new plow/dumptruck •Ditch mowing RECOMMENDATION: Base on the activities listed above, City Council is respectfully asked to accept the June 2017 Public Works Report. 6
