AGENDA ITEM: SafeAssure Contract
BACKGROUND:
The City has been contracting with SafeAssure for a number of years to provide safety training
for staff and other OSHA compliance activities.
ISSUE BEFORE COUNCIL:
Should the Council approve a contract with SafeAssure for Oct.1, 2017-Sept 30, 2018?
PROPOSAL DETAILS/ANALYSIS:
A copy of the contract is included in your packet.
FISCAL IMPACT:
SafeAssure are requesting an increase of $62.97 for an annual contract rate of $3211.71 for the
coming contract year.
OPTIONS:
1) Approve 2017-2018 SafeAssure Contract
2) Do not approve 2017-2018 SafeAssure Contract
RECOMMENDATION:
If removed from the consent agenda:
“Motion to approve the 2017-2018 contract with SafeAssure”.
