RESOLUTION NO. 2014-003
RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Lake Elmo Economic Development Authority City (the
"EDA") of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows:
1. Public Hearing. This EDA shall meet on _________, ___________, 2014, at approximately 6:30 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the following matters: (a) the proposed establishment of Economic Development District No. 1 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.090 through 469.108, inclusive, as amended.
2. Notice of Hearing. The President is hereby authorized to cause a notice of the hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, to be published as required by Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.101, Subdivision 1.
Adopted by the Lake Elmo Economic Development Authority of the City of Lake Elmo,
Minnesota, this 16th day of October, 2014.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake Elmo Economic Development Authority (the "Authority") of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on ________________, _______________________ _____, 2014, at approximately 6:30 p.m., at the City Hall, in the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, relating to the establishment of Economic Development District No. 1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 469.090 through
469.108, inclusive, as amended. All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or in writing prior to the hearing.
