b. Neighborhood Conservation Guided Properties Amendments
i. ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT: An ordinance to amend
the general front yard setback regulations applicable in all zoning
districts.
ii. ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT: An ordinance to amend
shoreland district regulations to eliminate shoreland specific right-
of-way setback requirements and to update ordinary high water
and floodplain levels for area lakes.
