The City of Lake Elmo
Planning Commission will conduct a meeting on
Monday, April 12, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.
AGENDA
1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Approve Agenda
3. Approve Minutes
a. March 22, 2010 (to be submitted at the next meeting)
4. Public Hearings
a. SUBDIVISION, PRELMIINARY PLAT/FINAL PLAT: Eder's Century
Pines Subdivision. Review of a 7-lot Rural Residential subdivision with lot
sizes of at least 10 acres in size and the incorporation of an existing one-acre
parcel into the proposed subdivision.
b. SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE REVISIONS.
Revisions to the City Code pertaining to the recently adopted Surface Water
Management Ordinance. The proposed revisions will either eliminate
conflicting language or add references to the newly adopted ordinance.
5. Business Items
a. HOME OCCUPATION ORDINANCE. Review of a proposed draft
ordinance based on an Ordinance previously considered in July of 2006.
6. City Council Updates
a. April 6, 2010—Update on research concerning administrative enforcement
ordinances
b. Trunk Highway 5 and Jamaca Avenue Roundabout
7. Adjourn
