a Farm School and Senior Living Project at 9434 Stillwater Boulevard North—
PID's: 15-029-21-31-0001 and 15-029-21-31-0003
b. VARIANCE: Consideration of an application to allow construction of an
addition to the existing home at 11950 2lst Street North that will encroach into
a shoreland setback from the Ordinary High Water Level from Downs Lake.
The 39 foot variance requested is from Section 150 which requires a 150 foot
structure setback from Downs Lake.
