a. VARIANCE: Consideration of an application to allow construction of a
septic system up to 10 feet into the public road right-of-way, therefore not
meeting the 10 foot setback requirement to property lines. The proposed
septic tank and drainfield would also not meet the 75 foot required setback
from the Ordinary High Waterline at 9051 Jane Road; R-1 zoning; PID: 10-
029-21-22-0014.
