Monday, October 24, 2011, at 7:00 p.m.

a. KUPFERSCHMIDT SIDE YARD (CORNER) SETBACK VARIANCE:
Consideration of a variance at 2769 Legion Avenue North to allow a 3-season
porch to be constructed 15 feet from the southern property line where a 25 foot
setback is required.
5. Updates
a. City Council Updates—October 11, 2011 Workshop:
i. Special Event Ordinance Discussion. Direction to proceed with formal
consideration of a special event permit ordinance.
b. City Council Updates—October 11, 2011 Workshop:
i. No Wake Ordinance Petitions. Decision to amend no-wake times for Lake
Jane; no changes for Lake Elmo, Demontreville, or Olson.
